Counter-current Gearing System:
The rotate direction of mixing stars is reversed with revolution direction, and each mixing star's direction is also different. The circulation movement and convective
movement make the material severely mixing and achieve the uniform distribution.
Convection Mixing Device:
1. High mixing efficiency, low energy consumption.
2. Compared with traditional planetary mixer, the mixing time of MPC could bereduce 15~20%.
3. The no-load current and load current with same material can be 15~20% lower

The reliability of our gearbox is very high, due to fitted with hardened and ground alloy gears as well as top-brand cylindrical roller bearing. The gearbox has low noise emissions resulting in a good indoor working environment.

Separate hydraulic power packs operate the discharge gate(s). A hydraulic hand pump is available for opening of the discharge gate in case of power failure. Discharge gate openings are large for short discharge times, but can also be opened to various degrees using proximity switches.
