The Moyse in Limavady, the home of a former concrete factory
A former concrete works site five miles outside Limavady has gone on the market.
T he site, which is listed by property agents Bensons, sits on Carlaragh Road and spans almost 12 acres of land.
Within the land is a range of sheds as well as office accommodation.
The plant has not been operating and has fallen into a state of disrepair after remaining vacant for a number of years.
The site was formerly used for the manufacturing of ready-mix cement, pre-stressed hollow core concrete floor units, concrete floor units, concrete reinforced stairs, T beams for domestic floors and concrete plate floors.
Bensons said that potential purchasers have the option of refurbishing the current facility or adapting the accommodation to suit other commercial and or manufacturing uses.
Among the site's accommodation offering is a front office, and workshop with storage rooms, a canteen and a toilet facility.

Meanwhile the concrete batching plant has an incline for lorries while the manufacturing shed has three heated steel beds, three cranes and a tank shed and boiler house.
Office accommodation includes a 3,200sq ft space spanning a ground and first floor.
An eight-bay open shed and six-bay barn are also included.

With a maximum reserve price of £175,000, the site covers two acres.
It has been land zoned for industry and business as part of the Dungannon and South Tyrone Area Plan 2010 for industry and business.
